Live Shows

‘From the team that set up and ran the hugely successful “Let’s Dance” shows at the Brighton Dome for 12 years, we have formed the Let’s Dance charity to act as a focal point for managing organisation of the shows being planned across the country.  Our high quality shows offer performance and leadership opportunities for the young people through the production and choreography of the shows and linking them to external clubs. Primary, secondary, FE colleges, universities and SEN schools are invited to enter one dance to perform at a main venue in the city. Typically, a maximum of 18 schools perform each night creating a different show on each evening.

LET’S DANCE shows are completely egalitarian and schools/groups are encouraged to enter irrespective of ability. The hope being that young people will perform, enjoy and carry on dancing beyond their LET’S DANCE experience.

What We’ve Achieved So Far

Following our successful inaugural show at the Congress Theatre in Eastbourne in 2022, we were immediately offered a 2 night slot for 2023. This year, 36 schools and 750 dancers will be taking to the stage in the heart of Eastbourne’s Theatre Land.

We have partnered up with Marina Studios Foundation to set up our first Let’s Dance show
at The Hawth Theatre in Crawley, featuring 14 schools and groups.
