Join the family of schools across the globe taking part in our online dance festival. All you need to do is film a short dance piece and send it to us for inclusion. We can also provide LET’S DANCE workshops with our professional dancers to help you choreograph your schools piece. Get in touch at
Frequently Asked Questions
- Who can enter?
We welcome all schools regardless of ability, including special schools. Even if you have never danced before we would love for you to give it a go! All ages welcome. Entry is free of charge.
- When is it?
The show will premiere in early April 2021. To get your dance shown at the online premiere, send it to us no later than 1st March 2021. However, the Virtual Dance Show will stay up online for the rest of the year – meaning that if you miss the first deadline, you can still submit your film and get it on our website at any point in the year!
- How do we enter?
You can enter by filling out the above form, or you can email Gabby at [email protected]
- What are the guidelines for filming?
The film should be no longer than 4 minutes. We will also need confirmation from your school/organisation that you have parental/guardian consent to film any under 18s. Please film in landscape and in 1080p resolution, which can be done on most iPhones or Androids, and then submit to us via email or Dropbox: [email protected] Further guidelines will be explained via email when you sign up!
- What music can we use?
If you want to use popular music, you will need to get the licence covered. We can help you do this, but you will need to cover the costs. To avoid copyrighting issues, we suggest that you use music that is Royalty-free. We have access to a Royalty-free music streaming service that we can send you when you sign up!
- Can we enter more than one dance?
You can submit as many dance pieces as you like and we will share them all!
- What style of dance?
Your dance can be in any style of your choice, we would love as much variety as possible in our show!
